The summary of my duties as Reseller Channel Manager are as follows: administer AVTECH’s reseller channel program, portal, accounts and relationships; My position helps to expand AVTECH’s market presence by recruiting, managing and training reseller and channel partners to advocate for sales of AVTECH products and services.
• Identify, recruit, develop and service reseller and channel partners in a diverse set of domestic, international and vertical markets.
• Recommend, develop, implement and evaluate reseller and channel program goals, procedures and policies.
• Assist in developing and managing AVTECH’s reseller portal; oversee reseller registration, lead distribution and accounts.
• Act as the central point of contact for resellers; establish and maintain long-term, repeat relationships.
• Develop extensive knowledge of our products and services to educate resellers about features and benefits.
• Design, develop and deliver reseller training programs; measure effectiveness and participation.
• Coordinate channel with direct sales staff as necessary; facilitate co-selling opportunities.
• Remain up-to-date on market and industry; monitor competitor products, services, sales and marketing.
